I recently had my 2008 987 Cayman repaired/upgraded at European Performance in Raleigh. From start to finish, the level of expertise, professionalism and attention to detail was on another level. A big shoutout to Tolga the service manager. His knowledge of these cars was immediately obvious the moment I started talking with him. He truly understands Porsche vehicles inside and out. I drove roughly two hours each way from the Wilmington area, and I can honestly say it was 100% worth it. Coming from far away, coordinating a drop off and pickup especially on a weekend could have easily been a headache. But Tolga and the team made the entire process smooth and stress free. They were flexible, communicative, and clearly understood the extra effort involved on my end. That level of consideration goes a long way, and it’s another reason I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive again. If your Porsche needs some work and you’re anywhere within a few hours of Raleigh, do yourself a favor and make the drive.

I live in Virginia and saw the car I wanted here at European Performance. Pros: Ryan was friendly and professional. The purchase was easy. The car for being 23 years of age was in very good condition and ran great. Cons: 1 of the 2 FOBs didn't work. I was expecting a video walk around or more photos of the car, but never got it. They seem understaffed, cause a handful of my calls went to voicemail. The car was on a 1/4 tank when I got it. The gauges are fine but one screen that you toggle through for information is unreadable. All these little things, albeit minor, was never discussed with me. Partially my fault for not physically being there to inspect. Overall: I'm extremely happy with the car.

I purchased a used 2023 BMW X3 that was due for brake fluid flush and replacement. I scheduled an appointment, was told it would take an hour and that was precisely the case. Transparent pricing and good customer are why I will be back.

I have been consistently impressed with their level of service and expertise. Tolga is always great to work with, and the team does nice work.
